dc.description.abstractServant Leadership holds a focus on the needs of others before the needs of the leader and is characterized by its service orientation, holistic outlook, and moral/spiritual emphasis. By enriching followers’ lives and focusing first on the growth and well-being of the people they lead, Servant Leaders can create a productive organizational culture that may help people perform at their highest potential. This study uses a systemic literature review and explores measures of Servant Leadership, Servant Leadership as it relates to contemporary leadership approaches, and the benefits of Servant leadership for employee creativity and team innovation.en_US
