dc.description.abstract | Servant Leadership holds a focus on the needs of others before the needs of the leader and is characterized by its service orientation, holistic outlook, and moral/spiritual emphasis. By enriching followers’ lives and focusing first on the growth and well-being of the people they lead, Servant Leaders can create a productive organizational culture that may help people perform at their highest potential.
