Abstract
"Using the disciplines of business and social psychology I studied how the mental health of employees working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic were affected. Through the research of academic journals and personal interviews I found that many employees were and still are being asked to complete daily work tasks from home with inadequate materials and resources. This on top of home life has had a sincerely negative impact on many employees, especially women. If more resources and adequate materials were provided to employees, it would lessen their stress and could improve their mental health."
