Abstract
Whether in thought or actions, the way we react to cultural differences exemplifies the education or awareness one has of cultural diversity. Approaching cultural inclusion in an office or school setting can bring positive consequences such as improved productivity, increased student or employee engagement, a sense of belonging and a more cohesive classroom or organization.
