dc.description.abstractAbstract: Teamwork is widespread in the modern day organization, often without adequate team-based training for leaders or followers. Servant Leadership is a leadership philosophy that puts the followers’ needs first, supporting followers’ growth and success by implementing key principles of Servant Leadership and ensuring followers’ highest priority needs are met. Using a systemic literature review, this research study outlines the strengths of the Servant Leadership philosophy and how this leadership approach can foster team success.en_US
