dc.description.abstract"Human emotion recognition plays an important role in many settings, such as the value of the quality of a meeting, the real satisfy level of customers toward a product, or even future robots with the same emotional abilities as humans. In this project, we are focusing on leveraging an emotion recognition system to collect feedback information to improve online learning efficiency. As the goal of the preliminary work for the research, the goal of this work is to verify the effectiveness of the convolutional neural network (CNN) in recognizing different facial emotions. Therefore different CNN architectures are analyzed and compared to help us find the best CNN architecture for facial emotion recognition."en_US
