One such factor is leadership style. Which leadership approach is most effective for employee engagement? Is there one best approach, or are there many factors to consider? Using a systemic literature review, this study explores the relationship between leadership style and employee engagement in the workplace to identify which leadership approaches are most beneficial for inspiring employee engagement.en_US
