dc.description.abstract | "Diversity and inclusion in leadership results in better decisions, more innovation, and better financial outcomes. Yet women are disproportionately absent from technology leadership positions. This presentation integrates research of multiple disciplines to bring to light the negative economic and societal impacts of this underrepresentation, and theories regarding the root causes, and studies suggesting possible solutions. Only women are addressed; other marginalized groups, such as people of color and LGBTQ+, are not." | en_US |
