dc.description.abstract | “Good leadership became very important for employees’ engagement and productivity, while companies where women are promoted in leadership positions enjoy very good economic results” (Deaconu, & Raşcă, 2015). Historically, there have been more men than women in leadership roles. Although this is changing, it is changing slowly. Organizations that value gender diversity in leadership recognize that female leaders bring a new lens to the workplace with new ideas, new ways of thinking, and perhaps a different approach to leadership. However, women are highly stereotyped in the workplace and continue to face challenges as they seek promotions. | en_US |
