dc.description.abstract"Past research suggest that an increased level of awareness of human trafficking in the general public leads to better outcomes for victims, advancement in policy, and higher levels of prevention . This study evaluates the level of awareness of the social issues of human trafficking among college students. Data were collected using an online survey created through Qualtrics. It is anticipated that the level of awareness of human trafficking will be relatively low among college students. Finding from this study can be used to raise levels of awareness, advocate for expansion of victim services, and promote policy change."en_US
