College students can experience stress while obtaining their degree. They are adjusting to many changes that lead to stress resulting in anxiety. The previous studies show the positive effects that mindfulness meditation has on individuals, particularly college students who are suffering from stress or anxiety. The purpose of this study is to examine the benefits of a mindfulness program at Northern Kentucky University. The results of this study are intended to see if a mindfulness program would lower the levels of stress and anxiety among students.en_US
