This study focuses on a comprehensive analysis of Greater Cincinnati growth with use of remote sensing techniques. The major data are free remote sensing data/products downloaded from domestic digital GIS data clearance warehouses. The change detection methods in the remote sensing field are used to detect the change pattern of Greater Cincinnati growth from various perspectives, such as changes in infrastructure, land use and population.
