The purpose of this project is to discover how nursing students can manage their stress levels before entering a very physical, emotional, and mentally demanding career of nursing. First, nurses were researched on burnout and how hospitals have implemented different programs to help them. Next, these therapeutic techniques were utilized to see if they decrease the level of stress in second semester nursing students. Pre-survey results showed that 68.42% of students needed additional help with their current stress. Post-Survey results showed, that among four strategies implemented, stretching and music are the most effective at managing their stress.en_US
