Abstract
Previous studies have found that the prevalence of sexual assault and violence among college students remain higher than national rates, with approximately 15-25% of college students reporting having experienced some form of sexual assault within their college career. The purpose of this project is to examine if lack of comprehensive sexual education prior to post-secondary education leads to the incidence of sexual assault and violence on college campuses, specifically at NKU. It is expected that data collected by this study will find the rates of sexual assault among college students is related to minimum exposure to quality sexual education.
