Abstract
"The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on people's mental health. Specifically, literature demonstrates that COVID-19 has negatively impacted parents, first responders, law enforcement, and healthcare workers. Literature on the mental health ramifications of COVID-19 among the general public is largely missing. This exploratory, cross-sectional study will collect data from an estimated 200 individuals to examine the mental health implications of COVID-19 among the general public. The findings will show that COVID-19 has negative mental health implications. These results will allow me to educate others on the pandemic's impact on mental well being and how we can promote mental health."
