dc.description.abstract"There is a lack of access to high-quality affordable health insurance in the United States. Research shows that one in five uninsured adults went without needed medical care due to cost. This exploratory, cross-sectional study will examine the prevalence of experiencing stress due to health care costs and how often they avoided seeking health care due to high costs. The results would show that there is significant stress related to high-cost health insurance. These findings can hopefully be used to advocate for more resources to combat this issue."en_US
