Abstract

This project examines the fascination with serial killers and mass murderers regarding online communities. These communities are comprised of women who view these deviant figures as romantic objects of love and desire. The main research question was -- what is the appeal of murderous men? To explore this questions I looked into secondary sources, the diary of Eric Harris and interviewed a key informant who used Tumblr.
