This study examined the relationship between leadership and teacher effectiveness. Using a literature review approach, existing studies on leadership and teacher effectiveness were explored to identify the impact, if any, of leadership type, teacher-to-teacher leadership, and administrative-to-teacher leadership. Each study reported similar findings that depicted a clear relationship between administrative leadership and teaching quality due to the level of support teachers receive from administration.en_US
