dc.description.abstract"Binge drinking amongst college aged students negatively impacts student wellness and increases risk for social problems. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how binge drinking negatively impacts wellness. The irresponsible consumption of alcohol can impede academic success and damage relationships. This exploratory, cross- sectional study will utilize nonprobability, purposive sampling to collect data from an estimated 200 NKU students and other college- aged individuals. It is expected that the data will show a negative relationship between binge drinking and student wellness. This study will result in targeted policy initiatives and improved interventions for college students who engage in binge drinking."en_US
