The library profession recognizes the need for access to library and information resources, services, etc. by all people. Diversity and inclusion is an issue that librarians and patrons face. To combat these issues, I implemented a service-oriented project as a librarian at the Morgan County Public Library. The project included: diversifying library materials, staff diversity and inclusion training, inclusion posters, and library programming. I was able to promote and demonstrate the need for diversity and inclusion in my library through measured outcomes and participation from library staff and patrons, utilizing focus areas in Library Informatics and Organizational Leadership.en_US
