The research shows 59.2% of undergraduate female students experienced harassing behavior, reporting the highest levels of sexual misconduct incidents out of all genders surveyed. Female students who experience sexual harassment, 61% are undergraduate and 65.8% are graduate, also experience negative emotional and academic outcomes. This cross- sectional, self-administered online survey examined the prevalence of sexual harassment on NKU’s and other college campuses, and illustrates the negative impacts it has on female students.
