RR Lyrae stars change brightness and color over a period of less than a day. The purpose of this research is to extract RR Lyrae stars from the KELT survey based upon their light curve and then characterize them. In this poster, we describe a set of well studied RR Lyrae stars and our plans to develop an extraction algorithm using them.  en-USSpace telescopesVariable starsCreating a Gold Standard Set of KELT RR Lyrae StarsPresentation
