Therefore, there is a significant need for next generation anti-inflammatory drugs that do not present these same side effects. This poster is focused on molecular docking studies of compounds as potential inhibitors of a microsomal prostaglandin E2 (mPGES- 1), a specific enzyme within the inflammatory pathway known to prevent these severe side effects.
