This inevitably will have an impact on one’s mental health. A cross-sectional self-reporting survey will be used to examine the relationship between sleep patterns and the mental health college students here on NKU’s campus and just how important sleep is for the mental health of college students. The expectation is to find that there is in fact a correlation between the two. The findings will inevitably help educate NKU staff, faculty and students on the conceivable need for interventions and education on campus in respect to sleep patterns and mental health. en-USSleep-wake cycleMental healthCollege studentsThe Relationship Between Sleep Patterns and the Mental Health of NKU StudentsPresentation
