The goal of this study was to assess if one day of the week altered physical activity and caloric expenditure in college adults. Subjects wore a wrist-worn activity tracker for 30 days which recorded daily steps and daily caloric expenditure. The results showed that the day of the week did not influence steps or caloric expenditure.en-USCollege studentsExerciseDaysThe Influence on the Day of the Week on Physical Activity and Sleep in College AdultsPresentation
