Resulting punishments are often repetitive and unjust, with limited consideration for underlying challenges and societal structures. This exploratory, cross-sectional study will utilize non- probability, voluntary response sampling to examine the relationship between discrimination and disciplinary actions amongst college students. I anticipate that the results will display increased discipline actions for students of color. This data will provide a foundation for the development of social work practices to alleviate disparities in education settings.
