Fortunately, placental aromatase cytochrome exists an active site that is potential for interacting with drug inhibitors. Tropinone derivatives (I80-H40, I80- H44, and I80-HIH45) were synthesized using the microwave to yield H- bonding and interaction with the Heme group in aromatase. The reaction is catalyzed by Palladium catalysis to prevent (bishero)arylation. During the process, a new work up method by acetone and acid/base wash was found to yield a better purification of the product."en-USBreast Cancer researchPalladium catalystsPlacental extractsAcetone Centrifugation and Acid/Base Work Up for Palladium-catalyzed Heteroarylation of Ketones ReactionPresentation
