Our focus for this study was all public, four-year universities in Kentucky and we used a Qualtrics survey based on multiple validated instruments of stress and student leadership to determine how sorority and fraternity leaders were affected over the last year. Preliminary analyses emphasize the importance of demonstrating empathy and increased stress from individuals concerning their future.
