The current cross-sectional study seeks to examine the relationship between childhood maltreatment and academic success. A self- administered survey was distributed to 50 NKU students. The results of this study are expected to provide statistical evidence to support a higher estimated risk of poor academic engagement and academic performance for NKU students with adverse childhood experiences.
