Effects of Individual Leadership Styles on Organizational Success

Leaders have a huge effect on the performance, development, and retention rate of “followers” in any organization, workplace, family, school, or group of people. This project, using an extensive literature review, examines existing research regarding leadership styles and the ways that they impact groups of people and their overall success. This project also reveals which leadership styles, if any, are deemed most effective according to current research studies.
