Abstract

Enhanced metadata taken from WWII trial transcripts of death penalty cases from the J. Robert Lilly collection. Data include the names of soldiers, victims, dates and geographic locations of crimes and trials within Germany, France, Great Britain, Italy, and North Africa. Geographic coordinates have been added to facilitate mapping for digital humanities and other researchers.
