Understanding How College Students Navigate Food Insecurity

Abstract

"Food insecurity is a growing challenge for college students. While many students utilize food pantries, this is not the full story of how students navigate food insecurity. This exploratory study will be completed using an online survey distributed via social media. The survey will ask participants how they are able to feed themselves while being food insecure. The results of this study will grant insights into the various ways the current generation of college students adapt and overcome food insecurity, and help improve and adapt future practice."
