Increasing employee motivation and productivity are common issues businesses face. Using research from the fields of Management and Color Psychology, this project aims to investigate the relationship between color psychology and motivation. This project analyzes common business practices, that are often held at the management level, and the impacts of color psychology and psychological functioning with the goal to increase work-place morale.
