dc.description.abstract"Covid-19 has very quickly taken over our world and has unfortunately cost many people their lives. These unnecessary deaths have been linked to people who have not taken this pandemic seriously with myths and disinformation partially to blame. Because of this, I sought to help us identify the misconceptions and myths, disprove them, and then examine what we can do to help discourage their creation. I examined the currently circulating myths and then examined them through the lens of several disciplines. After doing this I learned that myths are extremely wide spread and have led to more deaths than necessary."en_US
