Stop the Increase: Child Exploitation in Northern Kentucky

Abstract

"Identifying youth at risk or victims of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) can be difficult. Research shows that the earlier high-risk youth can be identified, offered services, and rapport built with investigators, the easier it can be to protect them from further exploitation. This research will analyze de-identified data from a local organization regarding cases identified as child exploitation. Results will assist this local organization in developing further training and programming for their clients, families of clients, and multidisciplinary team members."
