Disparities in the U.S. Education System

Abstract

My final project is over the disparities in our education system. It is definitely full of them and they stretch across many disciplines. I am focusing on the disparities relating to social work and sociology. When it comes to social work, I am looking at their home lives and the resources provided to them so they can succeed. With sociology, there are many areas to look at. To name a few, I will be looking at race/gender stereotypes, politics, and geographic location. As of right now, no one has access to an equal opportunity education. Disparities lie somewhere within.
