Abstract
"The purpose of this research will be to educate the reader on why employee retention is important to invest time and money in. This will be done by providing insights from my relevant disciplines of Respiratory Care and Organizational Leadership. This paper will not be a single solution plan and in no way can this complex problem be solved by one solution. However, this paper will shed light on the importance of employee retention and the staggering statistics of why this topic should be looked into and broken down in an attempt to mitigate employee loss."
